At Community Healthcare Center (CHC), we are dedicated to providing comprehensive primary medical care, dental, and behavioral health services to over 31,000 patients each year. From newborns to seniors, our licensed medical, dental, and behavioral health clinicians, along with their dedicated care teams, are committed to offering exceptional healthcare services.
