Now imagine that on your 18th birthday there's no cake, no cards, and no celebration.

Only the realization that no one wants you.

Our goal at Phased IN is for ALL of the youth we serve to know they are INvited and INcluded at our campuses. We will INvest our resources, commit to being INvolved, and use our INfluence to INspire change in the lives of those most vulnerable.

Phased IN provides a home, family, and a place for youth that have aged out of care to grow and learn the skills they need to navigate successfully through life. Our mission is their success.

Our mission is to provide the unconditional love of a family through a transitional living program that will prepare emancipated foster youth for independent living and empower them to become productive, responsible, and independent members of their community.

What does that mean?

That means that we are COMMITTED to the lives of youth that are aging out of foster care. Not only do we provide educational, career, and life skills training - we provide the most crucial and needed aspect of restoring the hope of a brighter future - FAMILY!
