Every step provides care and support to individuals and families in our local community.

• We provide information and referral services, caregiver support groups, education programs, awareness presentations, and other resources designed to help those impacted live their best lives possible in spite of a dementia diagnosis.
• We offer a free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) staffed by master-level clinicians and specialists to provide confidential support and information in over 200 languages.
• Our local office delivers programs and services to all affected in Wichita Falls and Wichita County as well as 10 surrounding counties.  

Every step raises critical awareness and speaks up for the needs and rights of those affected.

• We educate and raise awareness to grow understanding.
• Our education programs for the general public, both online and in person, feature information on topics such as diagnosis, warning signs, communication, living with Alzheimer’s disease and caregiving techniques.
• We provide health care professionals with the tools to diagnose Alzheimer’s and to educate people with the disease on available therapies and resources.
• We educate our nation's lawmakers on the Alzheimer's crisis and engage them in our efforts to fight the disease.

Every step drives research toward treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

• We accelerate research through Alzheimer's Association TrialMatch, a free clinical studies matching service for people living with the disease, caregivers, and healthy volunteers.
• We play a key role in increasing knowledge about prevention and risk reduction.
• We are the largest nonprofit funder of Alzheimer's research.
