The United States Field Artillery Association was founded in 1910 by Major John E. Mahon, Captain William S. Snow, and Captain W.S. McNair to promote the efficiency of the Field Artillery by maintaining traditions. Over 100 years later, the Association stands strong as the only professional organization that serves the Field Artillery branch of the military exclusively. USFAA exists to support, preserve, and perpetuate the esprit, traditions, and standards of the Field Artillery. We are dedicated to furthering education and disseminating information to the FA branch through our many platforms.
The renowned historic Fort Sill Artillery Half-Section, a partially funded army program, has become a symbol for Lawton-Fort Sill, making appearances and partaking in ceremonies across the Lawton-Fort Sill Community. The Historic Artillery Half-Section Endowment Fund was created by USFAA to ensure this iconic artillery tradition can continue for many years to come.
